Another day of planning, packing and stacking for this trip next
weekend. This is getting really old. I have to get utilities changed
into our name. The tenant is now gone and I'll need the utilities to
clean and to keep the air circulating when we are not there.
=> The real estate agent we contacted has already been fired. He sat
on his haunches for 2 weeks and did NOTHING. He didn't even drive to
the house to get the listing started. No wonder the housing market
is depressed. With the listing we are prepared to write, some agent
will make a fast sale if they will only do their job. So, I've
emailed my real estate agent here to see if she can help locate us
someone out there.
